EDMR Report

Minnesota uses an electronic report for the eDMR (i.e. the NPDES DMR type report with summary values) which will be mandatory by the end of 2012. Steps to create Minnesota eDMR:

1. Download the eDMR XLS file provided by the state. The customer can provide this file if they have an account, or use Hach login (account information in the internal Passwords KB article) with the Permit Number for the site.
2. Use Spread Design, Link to Microsoft Excel to map your report to the downloaded eDMR xls file.
3. Use Spead Report Output and output as an Electronic Report/eDMR. Customer will then upload file using their account via the state's website (https://netweb.pca.state.mn.us/private/).

Supplemental eDMR (daily values)

As of July 2012, the supplemental data (i.e. daily values) electronic system is in testing and should be available by Sept 2012. It is planned for small sites that they submit only the supplemental data and the eDMR (summary report above) will be auto generated by the states website via the "calculator"'. However, using the "calculator" is optional as users may want to calculate their summary values using WIMS.
