Ohio uses an e-DMR (e2) Electronic Reporting System to submit your Ohio 4500 and 4519 reports. 

There are two (2) methods for uploading data to the OhioEPA. 

1. Use Locate Ohio XML 4500 which allows you to populate your XML file and then upload the file to OhioEPA.

2. Setup a report using an Excel Template downloaded from OhioEPA that data can be copy and pasted to OhioEPA.  See Ohio eDMR by Copy and Paste.
