This form is used to locate Event information from the Hach WIMS event tracker onto a spread report.

BUTTONS:

	add all event fields
	remove selected event field(s)
	add the selected event field(s)
	remove all fields from the "Fields to be Placed" panel
	move item up in the list
	move item down in the list
	Displays the SQL statement to be used, based on the criteria in the other tabs.  It is displayed in the text box below.
	Exits the Locate Events window and locates the specified events field(s) in the specified cell(s)
	Exits the Locate Events window and cancels all field selections
