Q11665 - INFO: Filters Entry

Filters enable you to filter and/or sort which work orders are displayed on the calendar.  For example, you can define a filter to display only work orders assigned to an employee or to see only equipment of a certain type.  When the calendar is filterd the icon will display:

 

 

 

 

 

 

BUTTONS:

See Working With Records.
Applies the currently displayed filter/sort to the calendar.
Turns off any applied filter and shows all of the work orders on the calendar.
Pulls up a list of the filters from which you can pick one.
Runs the Filter query to test how many records would be returned.
Saves changes and closes form
Exit without saving changes

FIELDS:

Filter Name: The name of the filter that you are working on.

Currently Applied Filter Name: The filter by which the work orders are currently filtered on the main screen.
