Used to setup the type of Events that can be tracked.

BUTTONS:

	Creates a new Event Type.  The Event Type Edit form will be displayed.
	Deletes the currently selected record.
	Sorts the list by Event Type.
	Searches the list.
	Print the Event Type list.
	Export the Event Type list to an Excel file.
	Exit the form
	Moves the current record up one row.  Used to set the order the Event Types are listed.
	Moves the current record down one row.  Used to set the order the Event Types are listed.

FIELDS:

Event Type:  The name for the event.

Description: The description of the event.
