Locates logbook notes (entries/comments) into the report.  Logbook entries are made using Data Manager>Logbooks, or thru the Logbook button in Monthly Data Entry or Custom Data Entry.  Locates the COM spread function.

BUTTONS:

	Closes form and locates logbook notes based on settings.
	Closes form

FIELDS:

Logbook:  Sets which Logbook to display comments from.  See Log Book Manager.

Display xx Comments: Sets the number of comments to place on the report.

Print Data only when it occurs:  Only prints days where comments are entered.

Multiline Edit: When checked, allows text to be wrapped providing the row height is large enough to display the text.  With Mulitiline Edit off, text overlaps into the adjacent cells (depending on alignment) if those cells are empty. Otherwise text that does not fit into the width of the cell will not be visible. 

Include Date with Comment:  Adds the date of the comment to the return value.  For example if the comment is "hello" for 1/1/2000, if Include Date is checked will return "1/1/2000 hello".
