Choose <<< Blank Form >>> to start with a blank form or choose one of the Form Templates listed.  Templates are stored in the client\CDETemplates folder by default (e.g. c:\hachwims\client\CDETemplates) and the list automatically shows *.ss3 files in that folder.  Use the CDE Templates Folder general setting to set a different default folder for all users.  Click  to open templates that are located in other folders.
