March 2016 - Florida now uses the EzDMR for electronic submittals of Part A (Part B can also be submitted as an attachment), replacing the e2 edmr system.  At this time, the program is not mandatory and these templates used to produce paper reports may be used.  See Florida EzDMR Report for information on using WIMS to produce your EzDMR.
