A users home dashboard can be assigned in the following ways:

If the User has the "User allowed to set own dashboard" User Specific Setting enabled:

• User can use the Open Dashboard button and select the "Set Selected report as my Dashboard" option.

• A super user can assign a dashboard to the user in User Setup using the Home Dashboard User Specific Setting.
• Use the Reset dashboard to Default, if checked, will set the dashboard to the User Profile Home Dashboard (if member of a User Profile) or Facility's default dashboard. 

If the user DOES NOT have the "User allowed to set own dashboard" User Specific Setting enabled:

• If the user is a member of a Profile, the user will use the User Profile Home Dashboard setting.
• If the user is not a member of the Profile or the Profile does not have a Home Dashboard assigned, the user's home dashboard will be set the the Facility's default dashboard.
