Q11651 - INFO: Skip Current Work Order and Move to History

Closes the work order(s) that are currently selected (highlighted) on the screen and moves them to history.  Skipping jobs indicates that the work was NOT performed but was skipped.  For example, if a pump is out of service and routine maintenance has been scheduled and does not need to be performed, skip the work order to indicate work was scheduled but not performed.
