SKIP - Calculation Engine will ignore the formula and skip calculation of the variable.

Skip is typically used to hold values historically. For example, a parameter variable is input for 3 years, on Jan 15th, 2010 we start to calculate the value but we do not want the calc engine to overwrite the values we have input. We can setup historical equations utilizing SKIP to hold the values:
