Closed purchase orders are placed in history.  Once a purchase order is closed it cannot be edited from the Purchase Edit form.  However, users with the Purchase Order History privileges can view and edit POs in history using this menu option.   

Some fields are disabled (gray) indicating they cannot be changed such as Vendor, On Order, etc...
