As of March 2015, the NetDMR CSV file now requires the comment_txt as the last (column 35, AI) column. If you have designed your report prior to March 2015 you must update your report to include the comment_txt in order to upload it. NOTE: The new NetDMR format can only be produced by WIMS version 7.5.4 and later, therefore you MUST update WIMS to 7.5.4 or later.
1. Open your existing NetDMR report in Spread Design.
2. Insert a new row between the "Parameter NODI code" row and the "End of eDMR Column" row.
3. In the Description column, enter the text Comment Text" in the new row:
4. Edit the Cell Note of comment_txt column (just inserted) by right clicking on the cell and selecting Edit Cell Note. Set the Cell Note to "OEML~TXT~A~FederalNetDMR~B~1.0~V~COMMENT_TXT" and Click OK.
5. NOTE: This field is optional, therefore it does not need to be filled out. If any want to report any comments, only set the first parameter's comment_txt cell with a value. From netDMR guide:
"This is for any comments that need to be added to the DMR, enter comment on the first line of the DMR only."
6. Use Copy Special, Paste Special to populate the COMMENT_TXT for all other parameters (columns) in the report.
7. Save the report and the NetDMR is ready to be created.
