Q10209 - HOWTO: Archiving user defined fields

I added fields to my system and they are not getting archived.

 

Information in this Article applies to:

  • Aspen version 7.x
  • Aspen version 6.x
  • Aspen version 5.x
  • Aspen version 4.x
  • Conifer32 version 4.0
  • Aspen version 3.5

For Aspen 7.x, 6.x, 5.x, 4.x and Conifer32 you will need to modify the following queries.  The query you modify will depend on the Tables that you added your new fields to.

  • Add to ARCHIVED SAMPLES
  • Add to ARCHIVED TESTS
  • Add to ARCHIVED TESTGROUPS
  • Add to ARCHIVED SUBMITTERS
  • Add to ARCHIVED MANUFACTURERS
  • Transfer QC Samples to Archive
  • Transfer QC Pointers to Archive
  • Transfer QC TestGroups to Archive
  • Transfer QC Tests to Archive
  • Transfer WS QC Samples to Archive
  • Transfer WS QC Pointers to Archive
  • Transfer WS QC TestGroups to Archive
  • Transfer WS QC Tests to Archive

For Aspen 3.5 you will need to modify the following queries.  The query you modify will depend on the Tables that you added your new fields to.

  • Add to ARCHIVED SAMPLES
  • Add to ARCHIVED TESTS
  • Add to ARCHIVED TESTGROUPS
  • Add to ARCHIVED SUBMITTERS
  • Transfer QC Samples to Archive
  • Transfer QC Pointers to Archive
  • Transfer QC TestGroups to Archive
  • Transfer QC Tests to Archive
