Release 21 Release Notes :
 * Improved support for Windows Vista. Installer now warns users that Vista will complain about MSDE compatibility and gives users direction on how to procceed.
 * Enterprise Edition ADOCALC can now be installed in load-balanced mode. You are now able to choose to install ADOCALC dispatcher and worker nodes.
 * Lite and Express Editions' MSDE instances now get configured to run a daily database backup task. This can be later on changed via 'Scheduled Tasks' in OPS SQL.
 * Lite and Express Editions' MDF files (tutorial databases) now come in version 1.3.4, which is the version introduced by Client v 6.8.1
 * Updated Client Templates
