In JOB Plus/Cal when trying to run a report you might get the following error:

Error 2105 - Can't load report file. XML file has invalid structure.

There can be several causes. One of the less obvious causes is that when the report was created the user put an ole object into the report and selected create object from file and pointed it to a MS Word file. This will work fine on the computer on which the report was created. However when the user tried to get this report running on someone else's computer, it failed with error 2105. This is because it expected to find the Word document in exactly the same directory that it was in on the original computer and if it isn't there the report will fail.
