Choose a License
In order to create a support case you must have a current support contract and a valid product license. To create a support case, choose the license that you want to associate the support case with.
Serial # - The product serial number.
License Owner - The owner of the license.
Status - On/Off Support. This lets us know whether support for the product license has expired or not. Only support cases for product licenses that are still on support can create a support incidient.
Platform - The platform that the product license is a part of (i.e. Hach WIMS, OPS SQL, etc.).
Create Support Case - Takes you to a page to create a new support case.
Expired - The product license is off support. Please renew your support subscription if you would like to create a support case.
