The Hach WIMS Indirect Server-Side Interface to Custom 13198 QEI imports data from QEI SCADA database. Live data is extracted from the STATUS and ANALOG tables and historical data is collected from the HISTORY table.

This is the system architecture specification:

The Q13199 collector is responsible for reading LIVE data from the system tables and creating OPSDATAXML files, one data point per minute. QEI SCADA System saves one data point per hour in the HISTORY table. The QEI collector is responsible for reading data from the HISTORY table and creating OPSDATAXML files. 

The Dispatcher is responsible for moving files from the Server Room to a File Server using a secure FTP connection. The Q13198 interface reads the OPSDATAXML files and imports the data into Hach WIMS Database Management System.
