Description:

This problem only occurs in LIMS interfaces that import data into additional information fields. Additional information fields are specific to facilities. Ensure that the fields are configured properly, and the interface mapping is correct.

LIMS Interfaces will not import additional information when importing data using the button Import For Vars. If the mapping is correct, the Import All button will still import additional information into Hach WIMS.

 

Symptoms:

When you use Import For Vars, the following message will appear in the log file (must set verbosity to nine - 9):

CommonAINFOnavigator.TransposeSource2Result() : Failed with the following error 91 : Object variable or With block variable not set

Also, when using Import All, you see additional info imported. If you do not see additional info imported at this time, then the interface and Hach WIMS are not configure correctly or the mapping is wrong.

Resolution:

Create a Customer Collaboration Support Portal (CSCP) ticket, identifying all the requirements in the Escalation Requirements (KB article Q13265). In the description enter  "This LIMS interface needs to be upgraded to the latest LIMS Common Framework due to known-issue Q13350". Escalate to Tier 2 so that the interface will be upgraded to the latest LIMS common framework.
