NOTES:
The final specification for the uploads have not been released at the time of this writing (March 2012). Dick Darling a Senior Environmental Engineer of Maine (and my main contact) says they are targeting to have a test web site in place by the end of May 2012.
In addition, the specification I do have (see attached) for the upload XML format has elements for toxicity and detail information. Dick said the toxicity is not required, but is not sure of the details data (this is basicaly daily data for the outfalls being monitored.
If the daily data is needed I would suggest adding a new tab to the spread report with a cell that holds the variable number that the rest of the cells use to get values (like what I did on the summary data. Then for each row/variable in the main report the detail info could be updated by setting this cell (or cells) to the correct value, refresh the spread and pull the data.
See the CSCP 57071 for more details.
I have attached the word doc from Dick and the current spreadsheet their customers use to report.
