Q13910 - INFO: Tasks Entry, Equipment List Tab, Add Multi-Equipment Button

Use the Add Multi Equipment button on the Task entry, Equipment List Tab to add several pieces of equipment with the same schedule (see scheduling concepts) to the task.  Simply fill out the form and click OK.  The Equipment selected will be added to the current task.

NOTES:  If Schedule By is disabled (with Schedule by Days selected) this means that the selected equipment is not metered.  See Equipment Setup to flag whether the piece of equipment has a meter reading associated with it.

Example:

You want to schedule your four influent pumps together every 30 days starting on 6/15/2012.  This will create a work order for each pump starting on 6/15/2012:
