Hyper Historian logs data to a proprietary database.  Iconics provide an OLE DB Provider (ICONICS.HHOleDbProvider, installed from the Iconics HyperHistorian DVD) that provides access to the data via standard SQL statements.  The interface reads WIMS Variables configured for the interface, prepares and executes SQL statements against the Hyper Historian Database and writes results for the those variables into the WIMS Database.
