The Generic LIMS CSV Interface (Q12351) can be used to import results from the Hach TU5200 Benchtop Laser Turbidimeter CSV Data log.

Configure your TU5200 to log data to CSV:

  1. At the main reading screen, push Options>Reading Setup>Data Log Setup>Send Data Format
  2. Set to CSV
  3. Make sure that Auto Store is on (On is the default).
  4. Setup the TU5200 to log data to NetDrive (Folder where the Data Log CSV files will be placed).  The instructions for setting the instrument up to a LAN connection are on page 16 of the TU5200 User Manual.

Configure the interface:

  1. Go to Configuration>Source Configuration

  1. Set the Import Folder to the location of your TU5200 CSV files.  The Data Log files are typically named :  DL_TU5200_sssssss_yyyy-mmm-dd_hh_mm_ss.csv where ssssss is the Instrument serial number (Ex DL_TU5200_1664014_2016-Oct-28_13_18_21.csv)
  2. Set the number of header rows to 5.
  3. Map the Columns as follows:
