Q14553 - INFO: Ohio EPA Credible Data Report

Ohio EPA Credible Data Report XML file can be produced by using the OH-EPA-Credible-Data-Report.hwr (preview) template, setting the report type to "OH EPA Credible Data Report".

This report typically is used to report Chemical Monitoring Data and a sheet should be created for each Lab Cal Sample to be reported. 

HINTS for filling out report. 

1. On the General Information tab, place one "X" in B40:B43.  For Chemical Monitoring B43 should be equal to X for the report to generate the XML for Chemical Monitoring.

2. Use Sheet, Copy Sheet to create as many Chemical Monitoring Sheets as you need for the samples you are reporting.  THE SHEET NAME MUST START WITH "Chemical Monitoring" in order to be output.  Example sheet names: Chemical Monitoring 1,Chemical Monitoring 2,Chemical Monitoring 3,...

3. Set the Report type to "OH EPA Credible Data Report"

4. For tests that will be reported, the Storet Code and OH:CharacteristicValue must be set in Test Setup.  The Ohio Characteristic Values can be found in the table below (source is from the CWLBP 04-06-2017.xls file provided by the state, on sheet InternalData).  By default the report template uses Test.UD5 to hold the OH:CharacteristicValue but any UD field can be used.
