NOTE : This article assumes that you are a local administrator on the machine that runs AdoCalc. Since AdoCalc runs as an NT service, you need local administrator priviledges to stop and start it.

1. Stop the OPSSQL_Adocalc service. You may have a shortcut to this in OPSSQL\Adocalc folder. If you do, just run the service_stop batch file
   
   
2. Go to the OPS Systems support site. Click on the adocalc zip package and select Run

3. Click Run again If you see the following security warning :

4. After download is complete, the following window should pop up :
   
5. Make sure you are selecting the directory where AdoCalc is residing. Click Finish to extract files contained in the zip package.
6. You should see a prompt that warns about overwriting certain files. Click Always

7. The following confirmation of success should be displayed:
   
8. Now you must start the OPSSQL_Adocalc NT service. You may have a shortcut to this in OPSSQL\Adocalc folder. If you do, just run the service_start batch file.
   
9. Login to OPSSQL and you should see ADOCALC coming online with the version number that you just patched it to
