Chuck Scholpp - IIM Business Development Manager, joined Hach Company in 2003 after earning an MBA at the
Kellogg School of Management. He served in product marketing, service marketing, and product development roles before taking the lead in Hach's new Integrated
Information Management (IIM) initiative. Chuck is proud to have integrated three outstanding companies - Hach, OPS Systems, and WaterEye - that together will
bring meaningful breakthrough improvements to the water and waste water industry. He loves escaping to the great Colorado outdoors with his wife and two kids
to do just about anything, but especially skiing, cycling, and hiking. |

Gabi Miles - IIM Product Manager, joined Hach Company in the fall of 2007 after working at Hewlett
Packard and Agilent Technologies. She has worked in service and support marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and was a marketing manager
for a software group within Hewlett Packard. Gabi has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Colorado State
University. She has helped with the marketing side of the integration of OPS Systems into Hach. Gabi and her husband love the Colorado outdoors and traveling
the world. |

John Dorner - Sales Development Manager, started with OPS SYSTEMS in 1995 when the company was split off from Datastream Inc.
He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and is a registered PE in Wisconsin. He is the former President of Dorner Company of Milwaukee, WI (Valves & Stuff); Alcor of San Antonio, TX (Instruments for Petrochem
Labs); Northland of Watertown, NY (Electric Motors); and Manager of Product Research for Proctor-Silex in Philadelphia, PA
(Appliances). He holds five patents on various electrical/mechanical equipment and has a patent on a new process
for nutrient removal in lagoons. John moved the OPS SYSTEMS HQ to New Mexico to further his next career ...

Scott Dorner - Sales Development Manager, started with OPS SYSTEMS in 1995 when the company was split off from
Datastream Inc. Scott worked for Datastream in the early 90's as a programmer on the OPS PAC software. He
graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1989. He enjoys snow and water skiing
(when the boat works) and watching his two boys play hockey, soccer, football... |

Jan Bob - Software Development Manager, hails from behind the Iron Curtain (Czechoslovakia) and joined OPS SYSTEMS in
2000. Jan earned a B.S.in Computer Science from New Mexico Tech. He is attending the University of New Mexico, working towards a M.S.
in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence. Outside of the office, Jan likes to exercise his natural
athletic skills: hockey, soccer, snowboarding, windsurfing, surfing, and waterskiing (his best friends depending
on the season). Life is all about his dog, Owen (The Office Mascot), family, friends, and New Mexico green chili. |

Melanie Hazlett - Sales Support Manager, started with OPS in 2001. She has a B.A. in Communication from the
University of New Mexico and has mastered the gamut of product design, system documentation, distribution, sales,
marketing, advertising, project coordination, technical support, and customer service in the software industry.
A survivor of Silicon Valley, she is now an integral player with the development staff, unless it comes to
go-kart racing, then playtime is over, baby! She also enjoys being a mom and hanging out with her daughter,
Mariah, who is now a senior at New Mexico State University. |

Linda Vautrin-Hale - LIMS Product Manager, has a B.A. in Biology from Western State College of Colorado.
Linda has more than twenty-seven years of experience working in the environmental industry, thirteen of which were spent
directly in the laboratory. The remaining fourteen years she devoted to Laboratory Information Management Systems.
She heads up the support effort for the Telecation Division and oversees the Aspen Product Line. Linda enjoys
hiking, gardening and travel. |

Bryan Sharpnack - Software Support Manager, graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with
a B.B.A. in Accounting. He started with OPS in 2003 as a Support Technician and his outstanding organizational skills earned him the promotion
to his current position with OPS. Bryan enjoys playing and coaching his two children in soccer. |

Scott Moehling - WIMS and JobCal Software Deployment Engineer, has been working for OPS SYSTEMS since its infancy in 1995. Scott's
contributions include a strong mathematical background and a thorough knowledge of both the chemical and mechanical apects of Water and Wastewater
Processes. When he's not fishing or waterskiing, Scott cheers for
his athletic children and sometimes tries to coach the refs! |

Jeff Smith - Aspen Software Deployment Engineer, graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in
Chemistry. His past experience includes managing a large commercial environmental laboratory, being Vice President and
IT Manager for Aqua Tech Environmental Laboratories, and nine years experience as Product Specialist for
Telecations' LIMS products. His pastimes include shooting pool and bicycle riding. |

Dimitar Velitchkov - Software Engineer, has a B.S. in Computer Science
from New Mexico Tech. Dimitar joined OPS in October of 2006 to focus on our next generation of software
development. An expert in both .Net and Java, he comes from SAP Labs, where he gained serious experience with large
system development. He now puts these great strengths to use for OPS. During his time off Dimitar tries to enjoy traveling,
recreational activities in the mountains and beaches, discovering new music and cuisine, and reading. |

Les J. Poyner - Software Engineer, also joined OPS in February 2007 shortly after retiring from the Air
Force after twenty-six years of honorable service to Our Country. He has six years experience working in maintenance
on heavy ground radar systems and twenty years developing and maintaining software. In those twenty-six years, he managed to
graduate from the Air Force Community College three times (Yes! Multiple degrees!). Those Associate Degrees are in
Instruction of Technology and Military Studies, Electrical Technology, and Management Information Systems. Did we mention that he also has a B.S. in
Information Technology from the University of Phoenix? One of his accolades includes a Scientific Achievement Award from The Department of
Defense for developing a software maturity tool and presenting it at the International Quality Software
Best Practices Symposium. Les and his wife relax at various activities such as online gaming, arts and crafts,
camping, and gardening. |

Aaron Jarrette - Software Engineer, joined the Hach Company in 2009 as part of the acquisition of WaterEye
where he ahd been a software developer since 2002. At WaterEye, Aaron developed remote monitoring software for the water treatment industry. He graduated from
Principia College with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1998. Outside the office, Aaron enjoys hiking, fishing, reading, photography, playing video games, and
spending time with his wife and 2 sets of twins. |

Doug Schultz - Software Engineer, holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.
Doug has been with OPS SYSTEMS since 2000 and is the lead developer for the JOB Cal®/JOB PlusTM CMMS software. Doug
enjoys playing billiards and blackjack at the casino. |

Gavin Schmidt - Software Engineer, started at OPS in February 2007. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from
New Mexico Tech, with an emphasis on Distributed Computing and Security. In his spare time, he enjoys computer games; especially role playing games and real-time
strategy. Gavin and his wife, Danielle, got married on March 8th, 2008 (Engagement photos shown to the left) and are expecting their
first child! Due date: Sept. 4th, 2009 |

Myron Yancy - Support Engineer, a native New Mexican, holds a New Mexico Level IV Wastewater and
Level III Water Certification. Myron has over fourteen years of water and wastewater plant operations experience including
six years on the Arctic Coast of Alaska doing start up and training of small wastewater and water plants.
His hobbies include black powder shooting and horseback riding. |

Mark Mazursky - Support Engineer, started with OPS in February 2007. Mark holds a B.S. in Soil Science from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison. He brings to OPS his solid LIMS experience: as a Software Engineer, Mark developed and
implemented a full-featured LIMS while working at Assaigai Laboratories. His skills at Assaigai were attested to
by previous co-workers, Kip Hazlett & George Hazlett (Yes, you guessed right! Relations are everything! These former
co-workers are Melanie's brother and father!). Not only does Mark bring great knowledge to our support staff, but a
great sense of humor, love of camping, nature, and, what else? Good beer! |

Michael Bynum - Support Engineer, started with OPS in January 2008.
Mike graduated from New Mexico Tech with a B.S. in Computer Science. He is currently working on purchasing his first home in
Rio Rancho this summer. Mike enjoys MMORPGS (like World of Warcraft), playing RockBand with his friends, going to local concerts,
and watching weird science fiction dramas; from Battlestar Galactica to Charmed. |

Victoria K. Siegl - Office Admin, joined the crew at the end of June 2008. She is finishing up
her Bachelors in Applied Management with a focus on International Business through National American University. She previously attended the University
of Alaska at Anchorage, and Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois, but took time off for family. She is married to the "boy next door" from her
childhood in Austria, and together they have 4 hers, 1 his, and 1 theirs. In her 'spare' time she enjoys gardening, ethnobotany, singing, bellydancing,
reading, TheSims2, creating stained glass, and of course, time with her family & friends and Makiya, her pound rescue wolf-mix. Along with being a
treehugger, she is a staunch homebirth advocate and activist. |

Owen - Office Mascot, delights all and sheds a lot, seeing that he is an AKC Registered American Eskimo (dog). He takes pleasure in all the attention he gets and all the food he manages to either beg or "borrow" while on-site at our Rio Rancho Headquarters. |
