OPS PAC - a Legacy Operations Software Product
Designed in 1978 by Dr. Larry Blackwell of Datastream, OPS PAC was the first off-the-shelf available Operations software product. OPS PAC (also known by its users as OPERATIONS PAC) ran under MS-DOS and PC-DOS. Data storage platform was a flat file. Only one edition of product was offered.
